8/30/2017 - Apartment Burglary

          On August 14-15, someone entered an apartment in the 600 block of South Nebraska,  and stole several items. Although the apartment was locked, no sign of forced entry was see.                              
                                                                          Taken were a Samsung 62" TV, a surround sound unit,  purses and wallet,  personal documents, and two medical bags with medications inside.

8/12/2017 - Pharnacy Burglarized

       A local business, Dad`s Pharmacy, 415 S. Airport Drive, was broken into on Saturday, Augurs 12, at about 8pm. One or more burglars forced the rear door and stole prescription medicine.

A small amount of graffiti appeared on the west wall
of the old Weslaco ISD Stephen F. Austin "bee building" 
this weekend.
The graffiti, sprayed in a dull color, had the
letters "MGM."
The school has already painted
over the unwelcome
"art."

7/14/2017 - Coke Machines Broken Into.
        Sometime between July 14 and 21, an unknown criminal broke into four machines at 4 different locations.
        These include d Keystone Apartments (409 W. Business); La Estancia Apartments (3601 E. Pike); Santa Ana Apartments (3600 N. Westgate); and Palm Aire Motel (415 S. International). The suspect was able to defeat the locks on the machines and take the money from the money box.
         Police want information on persons,loitering around these locations . The burglaries  likely occurred during nighttime.

6/30/2017 - Break-Ins

During the dark of night, about 2am, on June 28, police
rushed to Trail`s End RV park, regarding some prowlers. An
inspection indicated that one or more interlopers had
opened two  storage units in the park. Nothing apparently
was missing, and the units were not damaged.

6/16/2017 - BURGLARY AT LAS BRISAS

       Sometime before 3am, on Friday, June 16, 2017, someone forced the rear door of a house in the 3700 block of Agassi Drive.  The burglar got away with the following items:
        Beats headphones
        Samsung "Edge" cell phone
        "U Boom" blue tooth speaker
        2-Michael Kors purses
        personal documents.

6/10/2017 - Vehicle Burglary at Chill`s

       During the night hours of Saturday, June 10, 2017, one or more burglars broke into a Jeep Wrangler at Chili`s restaurant, on Interstate 2 . Taken in the burglary was a brown burse, containing the usual contents. These included a driver`s license, ID, birth certificate,  SS card, debit card, and makeup kit.
       Video surveillance was not immediately available.

5/13/2017 - Burglary at Vasquez Car Wash
      Weslaco Police responded to a burglary call at Vasquez Car Wash, 105 N. Texas Blvd., on Friday morning, May 12,.  An intruder had betoken a window and entered the building.
      Taken in the burglary were a pressure washer (black) and a small air conditioner (white. The break-in occurred between Thursday night (8:30) and Friday, May 12, 8am.
